I can't access my own pages, but others can

If you find that you are unable to log in to cPanel with us or see your own pages while others can, it is likely because your IP address, which you use to access our server over the internet, has been blocked by our firewall.

Our system closely monitors the processes occurring on the entire server you are on, and therefore, you might get blacklisted even if you haven't done anything wrong.

All you need to do is create a support ticket and provide your IP address. We will then check if you have indeed been blocked by our firewall. If that's the case, we will whitelist your IP, allowing you to continue your work on your website.
