Where do I find FTP information?

If you are missing your FTP information, you can find it in two places.

Log into your control panel and click on "FTP and cPanel information" in the left-hand menu. Here you will find both FTP and server information.

Another alternative

You can find the essential web hosting details in the welcome email you received when you created your web hosting account. If you can't find it in your inbox, you can follow these steps:

1: Log in to "My Account."
2: Click "Edit My Account" in the menu.
3: Click "Email History" in the menu.

This section contains all emails sent to you, and you should be able to locate the welcome email here. You can either save it to your computer or print it for future reference.

If you need help using your FTP with an FTP client like FileZilla, we recommend this guide.
