At our end, there is no specific limit on how many emails you can send in a day.
However, we do have a restriction on the maximum number of emails per hour, which depends on the package you are using.
These kinds of limitations are quite common with most providers and serve as a safeguard against outgoing spam from compromised customer accounts.
Here are the respective email limits per package:
- Plus+: 150 emails/hour
- Plus+ Pro: 250 emails/hour
- Plus+ Enterprise: 500 emails/hour
- Plus+ VIP: 500 emails/hour
IMPORTANT-> Please note that if you exceed this limit at once, some of these emails will be delivered in the following hour. We do an after-delivery of up to 25% above the given email limit in the subsequent hour.
This means that if you send 400 emails, the first 150 will be sent out in the first hour. Additionally, 40 emails (25% of 150) will be queued and delivered in the next hour, while 210 will not be delivered.
According to our terms of service, it is not allowed to use our service as a mass mailing service. If you wish to send a large number of emails at once, we recommend choosing an external provider for this purpose, such as MailChimp, or upgrading to a larger package with us.
Please keep in mind that there is no daily limit as long as you stay within the hourly limitations.
