What to do if you can't log In

Have you forgotten your password for your account on nordicway.dk or otherwise locked yourself out of your account? Depending on your situation, follow these steps:

You have access to the email linked to your account:

If you have access to the email associated with your account, you can reset your password using this link.

You don't have access to the email linked to your account:

If you don't have access to the email linked to your account, we need to change it to an email you can access.

However, we can't change your email without being absolutely certain that you are who you claim to be. Therefore, as a first step, you must provide documentation where your name (matching the name on your account with us) is visible.

This could be, for example, a driver's license or social security card, which should be sent to support@nordicway.io.

Once we have verified that you are the account holder, we will update your email, allowing you to initiate the reset via this link.

Rest assured that we will permanently delete your documentation from all our systems after your account is unlocked to ensure your data is not retained.
