Can I have multiple websites on the same web hosting with you?
Yes, you can – you can have as many websites and email accounts on your web hosting as you wish. The only limitation you have is the space, where you have 5 GB to work with. If you need more space, you can always upgrade.
How do I move multiple websites to you?
Start by ordering the web hosting with one of your domains. After that, you can easily add more domains/websites as add-on domains. See this video for reference.
Can you help me move my sites?
Yes, we can, but it is not included in the web hosting package. The migration of your sites will be billed separately, and the amount depends on how large and complicated your sites are.
I am the payer for my domains – can I do that with you too?
Yes, you can. Just remember to cancel automatic payments with us and then set yourself as the payer. You can do this for all domains.
Do I get free backups with you?
Yes, you do. We take backups up to 14 days back, and you can always restore specific files, the database, or the site if necessary.
Do you have 1-click installation for WordPress, and is it included in the price?
Yes, we do, and it is included!
